Blair names a date (sort of)

there's a silver lining in the sky-ee,

Nah-poo, toodle-oo,
Goodbye-ee.

Tony Blair's premiership is to end with a whimper and he will be lucky to see out the next few weeks. A promise to be gone within the year makes Novemeber's Queens Speech irrelevant as he won't be there to see any promise through.
